Terms of service

Effective September 29, 2026. These terms govern your use of AIReady, operated by Plastorium ("we"), including its web app, API and ChatGPT and Claude apps. By using AIReady you agree to them. If you have a separate signed agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence.

The service

AIReady analyzes public websites and AI-engine answers to estimate a business's visibility in AI answers, compare it with competitors, and suggest improvements. Results are analytical estimates based on observations at a point in time; AI engines change often, and we do not guarantee any particular ranking, mention or business outcome.

Accounts

You can create a workspace by signing in, or join one by invitation. You are responsible for activity under your account and your API keys, for keeping credentials secret, and for the people you invite or share reports with.

Acceptable use

  • Only submit websites and data you are entitled to have analyzed.
  • Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass the security of the service.
  • Do not use the service or its output for unlawful, deceptive or infringing purposes.
  • Do not resell or provide access to third parties except as agreed with us.

Your content and ours

You keep ownership of the data you provide. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service with it. We own AIReady, its software and methodology. You may use reports and results for your own and your clients' business purposes.

Connected assistants

When you connect ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant, it acts on your behalf with the access you grant, and its use is also governed by that provider's terms. You can revoke the connection at any time.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

Fees

Paid plans, if any, are governed by the order or agreement you sign with us.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to protect the service or others.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
